Working with Charlie has been a real pleasure – he is an extremely good listener and takes the time to understand and apply tailored solutions that fit with the organisation. He is also extremely pragmatic and adaptable in his advice and was quick to gain the support and respect of all of the senior management team. This in itself was critical to the success of the project in that gaining the buy-in of senior management staff ensured that this was an organisational project rather than an HR one.
